yes Helen, we all try to be healthier, but most of us backslde at some time.

probably what's left that is safe to eat is in what we plant in our back gardens if using our own seeds for years and not using chemicals. Apparently we are losing our plant gene pod very quickly as farmers are using gm seeds or generic and the diversification is getting lost. hence if we do have a potato blight or something other food related disease we may not be able to do anything about it cos the gene pool may have been lost.

Soory. If you live in the city eating veg you've grow is also unhealthy it seems....the plants absorb the lead and crap in the city air and condense it.

Yes mate, that's why all those townies are driving chelsea tractors miles out of town to little villages and taking the allotments. They grow their organic mung beans, eat some over price M&S picnic food,then drive all the way back to the city pub to tell their friends how wonderfully eco friendly they are....
