Anyone who watches You Are What You Eat will know that Dr Gillian McKeith relies on this chart as a test of how healthy someone is.

I believe that something around number 3 and 4 is what is considered healthy. So ph34r_anim.gif own up, whats yours like? If yours is particularly bad, you can buy gas masks here hide.gif

I've got three dogs and even though I walk them twice a day they still find time to use the top end of the garden as an outside toilet

It's one of my most eagerly anticipated jobs of the week when I have to locate and collect the turds. The problem I've got at the moment is Big Boy Ben. As his name suggests he is the largest of the three and he also eats and shits the most. For the last couple of weeks he has been crapping type 7. Type 7 aren't the easiest to collect in a doggy poo bag. Using a soup ladle would be easier.

I've put him on a biscuit only diet to see if it helps

yuck.gif thanks for that, quite a lot of information there giggle.gif

The good news is......the biscuit diet seems to be working. They're definitely more type 4 now.

Just a thought, does anyone else think number 2 looks like one of those "Picnic" bars of chocolate.
