I am always sceptical about programs that ask you to pay for it ,by disguising the action as "register" purporting to have found 198 Registry errors and want you to pay for cleaning it up !!!!

It beggars belief that a new PC will or should have such errors .

I am sure some one on here can advise me as to a site where a free registry cleanup programme can be downloaded or maybe a self help programme to correct matters ,or at least to establish that there is indeed an error in the registry .

I did one of those free scans and mine said close 170 something and then after thinking about it bought one and it only found about 100 of them, i think it's a marketing ploy

they are just after your money, ignor them.


don't believe a word they say, they are bound to say theirs is the best on the market.

but if you really want one then read other peoples reviews before making your mind up.

They are always full of spyware and will lie about the errors to make you buy them. Never get the free onnes. Get a paid version from somewhere.

This is iam sure a very snide marketing ploy although i have a program myself that is very useful indeed, it is a registry cleaner and alot more to boot, it will allow you to do everything from clean up your hard drive to control what programs are active upon start up, it is a free trial and although it expires after 30 days it will remain working fully.(if not just re-download it as i have done this myself) It will give you full acsess to the whole program none of that- can't do this action unless you pay-crap.
