Couldn't agree more about the sensible diet, it's not dieting which is important, as making lifestyle changes. You don't have to cut out the choc bars, just don't have 10 a day

Not sure about the healthy sex life, but I guess this is one factor to feeling good with yourself, feeling wanted with a partner, so it will keep the stress levels down.
It's definately a problem with stress and a tendancy to "comfort eat", and unfortunately, comfort eating is so often unhealthy eating. It wouldn't be a problem if we all comfort ate celery and raw carrot.
