i have been to hundreds of concerts over the years, mainly rock/metal but other's too, the one that really stands out for me is The Rolling Stones at main road stadium, manchester 1987( i think). It was absolutely amazing and i realized there and then just why they are regarded as the best rock 'roll band in the world and why they have outlived most other bands..


what was your best gig???

My best gig was seeing metallica and megadeth and a few other bands i cant remember , the gig was at the milton keynes bowl sometime around 1990, it was hot and sunny 60.000 people were there having water fights to keep cool before the gig, and bonfires when it got dark. A great day..

My first and probably the best was back in my college days when I was a mere eighteen. Iron Maiden at the NEC. Absolutely fantastic. Believe it was their last performance. Maybe I shouldn't have worn my football shirt though. It was yellow too. Wow thats brought back memories.
