i didnt sleep very well cause i was so frezzing and my ickle toes were like icepops and my nose was cold 2 !

oh boo hoo. u are all moaning about little things waking you up. i can garrentee that iv had the worst nights sleep of the last year and half.
my son has woken up in the night every night for the last 17 months!!!!
it was every hour till he was 4 months ( i had 15 mins sleep out of every hour as he had trouble with his wind) every 2 hours till he was 7 months evry 4 hours till he was 10 months and now he just wakes up every noght when ever he fancys and stays awake till when ever he fancys.

i think both mine were 2 before they went through the night, it will get easier

I slept well last night. I was careful of that; one more late night and I’d have felt rotten. Already the threat of a cold was whispering to my throat, so I had left my close-walled flat and gone for an evening stroll before bed.

I just crashed , Didn't sleep hardly at all on saturday so i was knackered !

Really well but i had a dream where 3 people close to me died of cancer. First one was an old love interest and i was inconsolable. And the other two were my younger brother and cousin

shi* my wife had a nightmare at about 3am this morning, told her whilst still kind of asleep to hug into me as couldnt keep my eyes open, then when i got up to go to work she had a go at me for not turning over and giving her a hug, can't win!!!
