everyone's heard of laughter being good for you, but do you think that laughter classes are the answer? or do you think that a little bit more fun in they lifes would be better?
oolongcha
I doubt classes are the answer, but as the UK didn't even make the top 1100 happiest places to live, we're probably getting desperate ph34r.gif

well everybody should have a bit of fun in there life. some people that are just so serious, i feel sorry for them. My ambition in life is to make someone laugh everyday, then that makes me happy. All serious people out there, be aware, im on the loose. laugh.gif

Well we've all been up for about an hour and we've already laughed as a family. Albeit at the expense of my husband who got a fat lip and nose last night. My youngest boy did a rendition of "mammy" for him.

Not a day passes that we don't laugh as a family.

And the link is right Vanautu is pristine and beautiful (thinking why the hell am I going to Europe for?) Meh. got the rest of my life to explore the islands around Australia.

I think if you have to force yourself to laugh in a class then that is very sad and an indication that life is not good to you. I feel sorry for anyone who feels they have to learn to laugh . Laughter should be like smiling infectious and natural.

Here I'll show you....... I can make everybody laugh......I am the most intelligent person on this board and I am always right.

it seems a shame to me how some ppl think they need to learn to laugh, it is a natural thing, something you do as a baby,
what happen to these ppl, why can they not see the funny side of life

the world is full of small things to make you smile, look around you each day and try and find one small thing to make you smile,
someones smile in a photo
a object brought for you as a gift
a memory of a good time
even a smile from a stranger biggrin.gif

my advice, my friend, a small step but one which i hope will help wub.gif
