My ex did the cabbage soup diet where you take these tablets every day and eat (i cant remember what it was exactly) bananas and milk on the first day and then only tomatos and then bananas and tomatoes.. or whatever
The only way he lost any weight was through losing it down the toilet.
My brother lost several stone doing the atkins diet but he also was excersising like a mad man at the time so i dunno how much the atkins diet actually did for him. I tried it and it was like my intestines seized up. Didnt work for me but apparently it works for some, even though its apparently dangerous.
The best thing i found is just eating in moderation and working out alot. Takes a hell of alot of effort though, but its worth it
a group of women i worked with did this diet, which is designed for fast weight loss in heart patients before surgery. you ate say banana and milk one day, meat and potatoes the next and others. well did it work , no

Scorpio is right, everything in moderation and work out regularly, thats the only way, burn off more than you consume, you'll lose weight, Have chocolate, now and again, have wine or beer now and again, have an indian now and again. Moderation is they key

Moderation, hows that supposed to work, ill just have one of them chocs and leave the rest on the table staring at me, but i wont touch them. like hell i wont, moderation is eating the whole box but being to stuffed to get off the sofa to go get the spare box out of the cupboard.

the only thing that you can do Easylife is don't tempt yourself, don't buy the stuff.
i know what you mean about the chocs, don't they just call out your name, mine do.
the only way to do it, i have found, is to only buy boring foods that you don't really want to eat anyway.

I've been on a diet for awhile now. nothing specific, just not eating junk food between meals.
Have cut out really fatty foods at meal times, but still eat well.
The key to any diet is exercise. I've been running everyday and can honestly say I feel better than I've done in years.

Exercise external and internal will aslo play a big part
internal exercising, now please don't tell me you mean pelvic floor work, you must mean something more interesting

define 'easy way'
push a baby the size of a melon out of my fan*ie then no
have a baby (or two) taken out of a 4 inch cut from my belly, then yes.
either way it wasn't easy

you may be ok, but that is only if you no longer had sex or every again
so start stock pilling now
