What foot sizes are you talking about? I assume UK, because size 2 U.S. women's is slightly larger than a baby's feet and size 6 is on the small side as well.

Oh, and I have a full head of hair as well.

UK size 6 = U.S. size 8.5

That makes sense, though size 4.5 is still a small foot.

I believe average for U.S. women used to be size 7 but was recently revised to 7.5-8.
