I ordered a new phone and contract for my wife i asked for a o2 100 deal.
when the bill came though it was the 02 200 which is £5 more every month .
hence why im on the Phone .
1 hour 10 mins
Has any one else had this where they sell you some thing more than you order.
I have given up .
Watch out for this

And are you paying for that call.........
If you are and you have proof of what you asked for you should ask for the cost of the call to be credited to your next bill as well as the overpayment on the bils itself!

Just called them back as we are still in our cooling down 14 days
we can cancel but we must put it in writing ,yet we can order over the phone.
if we write no doubt they will not get it with the 14 days.
I have just cancelled my direct debit, and will be reporting them to trading standards .For misselling
Make sure if you order over the phone you do not get conned in to somthing you did not order when the bill comes in .

My girlfriend has just had a similar "missell" with Voda. With her, she was going to disconnect, so they offered her an upgrade (Voda always do that). So she took them up on it - they told her it would cost something like £60 to upgrade the phone. What they didn't tell her was that that was excluding VAT - so she gets invoiced for over £70, which made the package she was offered not such a great deal, after all.
She complained, and they actually reduced the amount of VAT for her. I think she's probably going to keep it, but she's still within the cooling off period.

Make sure you tell them you have cancelled the direct debit cos I did that once and just cancelled it with my bank. The company that was taking the D/d still applied for it and I got charged £25 for the priviledge because I didn't get it cancelled at the originator!

They must of reduced the price as the VAT is always 17.5
of what ever is billed .

You're right; that's how they'd have done it. Anyway, she got a few quid knocked off.
She actually emailed them, and I think they called her back - anyway, she's convinced that the best thing is to put it in writing.

Hi
I have a motorola V3 probably the best phone i've had now it's time for an upgrade but can't seem to find a better phone.
I have been looking at getting another V3 may be the V3i but on a 12 month free deal look at this site
www.I've _been _had_by_HQ.co.uk
they have a lot of good phones on 12 month free contracts.
(you get the whole 12 months rental back via cash back) my brother bought from here and has had no problems with the phone or receiving his cash back.
Hope this helps
