what wrong with me ? i am tired all the time

i cant do simple work

i feel much tiredness

Do you sleep lots? Is your diet healthy? Have you had blood tests to make sure everything is ok?

i dont know but i am young

always wnat to watch movies not do works

my diet not health as long as i not happy

is there any side effect of using some medical drugs

I am a psychologisist (now retired). There is no use coming onto a forum for advice. For a bit of comfort,,, maybe.?
How about seeing your G.P. or an adult member of your family for help in this situation ?

I agree with the going to the GP. My first thought was anemia and thyroid problems but it could be anything.. or nothing

I dont think he came here for this problem as he's already made 26 posts before posting this

the weather could have an affect on you, or diet, even lack of or too much exercise. worth asking your GP about it
