There must be. I cant understand it. Its all on one side of my chin, spreading round to my neck. And not even the side that I used to get them all on. I want a refund on all the vitamins I've been taking.. and all the water i've been drinking!

I've just counted.......I've got 7 that you can see and can feel several more under the skin. I never had that many in total when I was a teenager.

And I drink loads of water as well..............perhaps they've slipped something in it.

Beaten egg whites....that what I used to put on as a face mask when I was younger.

Really? Did that work? The most I did was used face packs and in the morning I'd use ice cubes on the spots to get rid of the redness.. or try anyway, not sure if it really worked

It was just like using a face mask but without having to go out and buy it. The rest of the time I just used any old soap and water and never had skin problems.

The best thing to get rid of rednedss though is witchhazel

I could never use soap cos it dried my skin out too much. I do remember having a witch hazel stick once

To the toilet Then i,ii get a tub a Natural Yogart tis very good for you.
And i,ii empty it on my head and massage it into my hair.
Then i get some weet-bix there good for you to.
I.ii wrap my hair around them they make good curlers.

Toothpaste the night before dries them out.. stings like a biatch though.. My spots have been getting less and less recently

I've done that and apparently it works (on spots) but sometimes it can dry so much that it just takes the head off and makes it worse.

I've used clearasil a few times.. and it works it seems, but then when you don't put it on it like your skin dependent on it so you get more spots.. at least thats what i think happened to me

Yeah that could be what happens. I think tea tree oil is best, just dabbed directly on the spot. Thats what used to work for me.

The performance I have to put up with every time Sophie cleans the rats out!
