they released a serial pedophile out of prison the other day before his sentence was finished so they could monitor him for a while. He is monitored by an electrical tagging device and has to ask for permission to leave his house and has to be supervised when he leaves.

What's pissed a whole state off, is the goverment refused to release what he looks like and then put him in a house right next to a primary school, kindergarten and the Melbourne showgrounds. And this is the worst part his neighbours have children and there is a 'walking school bus' which meets directly outside his house.

GOd what are they thinking? He's still under his sentence and yet he suddenly has more rights than the average citizen. Damn, they know he will reoffend!
