My landline at home is buggered, and I spent hours on the Genuinelly Not Interested And Unhelpful Line to BT last night only to be told that an engineer won't come till Monday and that if the fault is not with the line BT will charge me for the engineer- YEAH RIGHT YOU WILL!!!
