F***** Managers, I am soo haked off today at work I could of walked out! The Rota was done for next week now normally I do not complain about shifts as I have an agreement about certains nights like Monday! What I am put on split shift - I do not mind doing Early Duty Manager shifts because that does not interfear with my obligations in the evening -anyway so I asked rather than me working Monday I would swap my day off as I was off Friday and I usually work Fridays nights. "I do not want to change anyones day off! was the F****** reply so anyway I then said that I would do the Monday, she went no its ok I will get change someone elses shift to resolve the situation the Manager then said that she would get someone to cover as it did not happened instead I got my hours taken away from me and put on A Saturday morning which is another agreed time I cannot work well anytime before 12 anyway. Now I am left with yet another f******* 37 hour week, I get paid hourly so I need to work 40 minimum to get the pay so I can cover bills. The Managing Director has cut the hours of staff on to save wages costs which means my hours are being cut and one of the reasons I took a holiday at beggining of January, There are 3 full time mebers off staff -we only need two but some dick thought we need three - the third member gets around 35 hours, I had to poiint out that I had been ther the longest and I am SUPERVISOR after all so I get the hours along with so called Bar Manager (That is another rant for another day). GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
