Is there any combinations of food that don't go well together healthily?

Will be very helpful to me and others. shifty.gif

What do you mean by going together healthily? Do you mean things that dont digest well when you mix things?

exactly. some ppl believe that some food combinations have to be avoided to result in good digestion. some mix will result harm chemically. sometimes mixed foods aren't absorbd by our body. 'm looking for thos..

I was in a brilliant new resteraunt today, Vangra or something like that, in Soho Street. Its an organic vegan place where you buy the plate and help yourself. I got a big plate for 7 quid. All the food went together well. Really good food. They do organic alcohol aswell. Thats a great place for me as I often don't have access to a cooker.

organic alcohol
Is that better for you than inorganic alcohol or is it equally bad? Either way I bet it's more expensive!

Its generally more expensive though a glance the price on the wall in there looked OK.

Organic alcohol is actually fairly common and about the same price as normal alcohol.
Or it is when you're talking about bitters and ales anyway.
