I'm an Arsenal man and even I can't see us getting anywhere near Chelsea or Utd this season. Add Man City into the equation and suddenly it all looks pretty bleak.

I'm just so pissed of with what's happening at Eastlands. I guess I feel it more now because of the way it'll affect the Gooners and our future ambitions.

I've always believed that the prem has no sould in it apart from in the relegation area.

Well it's certainly going to change if the news stories are anything to go by. It sounds like Man City will have an almost unlimited transfer budget. The guy who is the figurehead for the buying group has said he wants a team built of players each worth at least £30 million. It could be hype but Abramovich was making simliar promises before taking over at Chelski

Well the more clubs with a chance the better for the game, I remember years back everyone saying the SPL was boring cos it was always Rangers and Celtic winning everything. Well the premierleague is just as boring now with man.u and chelski the main players. I'd love to see man city start winning stuff now. We luv an underdog don't we lol

Your opinion will change though. Give it a few seasons of Man City winning everything in sight and all of a sudden everybody will hate City.

I can't lie though, if some multi billionaire took over at the Emirates and spent millions and millions on new players I wouldn't I didn't want the money.

However I can't see Platini being overly pleased with the developments at Eastlands. He already hates the Premier League because of the financial superiority it has over every other league. Maybe some concessions will be made
