hello hotdog......welcome to the site.....can you tell us a bit about Queensland.....do you live
near the coast....whats it like in the summer.....extreemly hot temperatures.
all i know about Queensland is.....very big crocodiles....and the barrier reef ?....

I live in the Redlands on Moreton Bay. About 35kms from Brisbane and about 70kms from the Gold Coast.

It's a beautiful area, lots of trees for the koalas, hidey places for snakes and possums, frogs and birds.

OH! don't forget the pesky cane toads which I hate and seek to destroy, before they kill my dogs.

Then there are the islands..Coochiemudlo, Stradbroke, Russell, Macleay, Lamb (too many to mention).

Man of Kent the weather can vary so much here from wild thunderstorms in summer with the best lightening show, to fog in winter....it's winter here now, and last night was freezing (that means below 10 degree c). Summer is not so nice when the humidity is 99% and it's 35deg c, but that's life.
