The rules of this comp were

Make a dust cover for a book.

Two images 300w x 450h combined to make 600 x 450. The rear cover should be on the left and the front cover on the right (as if it were spread out in front of you) You can add a spine if you like, but it is not needed.

Authors name is A. Bugga.

Subject of the book is your own choice.

Now I understand. The name I've used is the name of my new grand niece. Who is in hospital after being born on wendsday with her bowel outside her body. The title is a direct quote from her mother.
