Now here an interesting series. If you like all that Davinci Code, Knights Templar mystery type thing then this is for you. Available on I-player.

Hmmm. I think the screen writers were trying too hard with last nights episode, or not hard enough

The first one was bad enough, though the initial premise was good. Knights Templar bringing the Cross of Christ back to the UK.

But then it got silly with all the crosses on fire in a cellar while the actors swung from ropes hacking at each other!!
And what bit of -"lets leave that raging fire going with two dead bodies in it and go for a pint. The police are on the way, they can deal with it." -is realistic?

It's a typical example of what television does all too often.

Got a programme that pulls in the viewers? Then let's try variations on a theme. Bonekickers is Waking the Dead meets The Da Vinci Code with a little bit of Indiana Jones thrown in for good measure.

It's enjoyable enough in a 'I'm not really watching the TV but I'll look up every now and then at the bits when it seems things are happening' sort of way. Simliar to Jeremy Kyle. But not as good

It's a far cry from "Time Team" I know that much.

i hate it, too much over acting just a tv version of the matrix to me

Its getting a little too see through now. Its obvious the sword she's looking for which her mother lost her mind over is Excalibur, I started to get an inkling in the second episode. Shame, I thought this started off as a promising series.
