I've seen bad plotlines before, and I've seen bits that just didn't make sense in films etc.

But I've never seen them gathered all together in one place like in "Flood".

It just about held my attention. The other half asked if an event like that was actually possible. There was a storm surge warning last year but it never happened.

Anyhow I have The Day after Tomorrow on DVD so there's no comparison really. I thought it was about as flat as Primevil. Lets face it when it comes to stuff like this, British TV sucks at doing big budget/action/scifi stuff.

Watched the second half, got sick of the cameraman fgs....all the way through hubby saying "I've never seen such crap"

He was right, It started well (With Wick in Scotland being drowned), but after that it just went down the pan.


All those big name actors, all the special effects all that money, and a seriously shite director. I can't even begin to name all the faults.

After that the prog sort of went downhill.

I think you will find most of us happy with Wick being underwater. We don't see any need to find out where it REALLY was.

(It was a computer generated image of a town, or what the director thought Wick looked like, they never went within 300miles of Wick really)

We made the mistake of getting it out on dvd a few weeks ago talk about sh*t, i've seen some rubbish but that takes the mick.

So in summary i didn't like it at all even a little bit.
