I figure your body tells you what you need.

That's why you get odd urges for a particular food. Something trips a switch that says "We need vitamin B52. Now!..and the best source is melon...eat a melon now!". And you'll not be able to settle until you've eaten some melon (or whatever). I suspect we've less control over our food requirements than we suspect.

And if we "Needed" these vitamin pills as the makers claim...how come people that live in deserts and arctic waste don't just keel over because of the lack of patent vitamin pills?

Everything causes cancer, as everything causes damage. And that is what cancer is.

No stopping it.

I prefer the natural way of getting vitamins. It's better to eat fresh vegetables and fruits instead of vitamin pills which in any way have some "chemicals" being artificial and more difficult for digestion compared to natural products which, of course, should be bio ones and not geneticaly modified. So, I'm for natural products victory.gif and against spoiling the body with "chemicals". victory.gif

Sorry, but I didn't understand you. smh2.gif What do you mean by saying "if fruits/vegetables take vitamin pills"? Then they are of course not natural ones and then let's hope that bio products are really bio ones as the producers claim. guitar.gif
